Our seasonal menus range from braised meats and roasted fish to brick oven pizzas and open flame charred vegetables. Our food is inspired by local farmers, East coast fisherman, and artisan food producers.
Our kitchen team carefully sources sustainable, invasive, and local ingredients, working with whole animals whenever possible. We work closely with our partners at local farms and fish docks to craft our menus with simple seasonal ingredients focused on highlighting the bounty of our area
